Intensive Technical Training

This intensive technical training program is structured as one comprehensive course divided into four progressive levels. Each level lasts 5 days, with classes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Between levels, there will be approximately a one-month break for self-study and homework assignments. During this period, students will receive raw material kits to continue their olfactory practice.

Levels 1, 2, and 3 will take place in Dubai, while Level 4 will be held in Grasse, France.

Preference for admission is given to those committed to completing the entire four-level program. The tuition fee is € 2,800 for each of Levels 1−3 and € 3,000 for Level 4, with all payments made directly to the Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France. All levels are taught in English by professional perfumers from France, and each level is certified by the Grasse Institute of Perfumery.
Immerse yourself in the history of perfume and gain foundational knowledge to:

  • Study raw materials categorized by themes such as the Citrus family, Aromatic family, Floral family, and more.
  • Learning 50+ raw materials.
  • Learn classic Cologne formulas through creation. Undertake a perfumery design project, from brief to realization, culminating in a short presentation to showcase your work.

  • Learning 50+ raw materials
  • Acquire proficiency in cost calculations for perfume creation.
  • Explore methods for creating fragrances tailored for various applications.
  • Develop expertise in working with home fragrances, including reed diffusers.
  • Learn Oriental formulas through creation. Undertake a perfumery design project, culminating in a short presentation to showcase your work.

Deepen your understanding of perfumery compositions to:

  • Learning 50+ raw materials
  • Study olfactive families in depth by classifying raw and synthetic materials.
  • Work on floral accords, including both fantasy and real flowers.
  • Learn classic Fougere formulas through creation. Undertake a perfumery design project, culminating in a short presentation to showcase your work.

Advance your journey in the industry

The course will be hosted at the prestigious Grasse Institute of Perfumery in France. Exclusively available to graduates of levels 1, 2, and 3 in Dubai, it will focus on:

  • Learning 50+ raw materials.
  • Visiting professional factories and laboratories.
  • Engaging with seasoned industry professionals to gain invaluable insights.
  • Exploring flower fields for firsthand inspiration.
  • Learning advanced formulation methods for cosmetic products.
  • Learn classic Chypre formulas through creation. Undertake a perfumery design project, culminating in a short presentation to showcase your work.
  • Participating in a culminating cocktail event alongside esteemed teachers.
